Hi I'm too mean to pay out 100, mine cost 40. I don't use it now. Blooming well should do, it's finding the time.

I know it's difficult, and as Mums we are always last on the list, but however you exercise please don't ignore your pelvic floor! If you find yourself leaking a bit, not always making the loo in time, going often, or find it difficult to keep a tampon in place, you are showing the early signs of a weak pelvic floor. You can do simple pelvic floor exercises at home, squeeze and pull up, as if you are sucking up through your v.....Ask at your GPs to be referred to a Womens Health Physio they can show you how your pelvic floor works with your lower abdominals, and how to take care of your pelvic floor. We are hearing from record numbers of women with prolapse and pelvic problems, it is an epidemic out there, and many women just wish they had done a bit of exercising, because when you prolapse, there is no going back and it is distressing and painful. Crikey, I sound as if I am on my soap box, but, before it's too late, please make time!
