I work full time and have a 1 and a half hour commute so I get up at 5h30m am to be back in time to pick dd up from nursery. I'm absolutely knackered by 9pm so I go to bed at around 9h30m to be able to have a good night sleep.

The problem is, even if I sleep for 8 hours, I still feel like I've only slept 2 or 3.... However, if I wake up after 7am, even if I've only slept 6 or 7 hours, I'm absolutely fine. I think my biological clock refuses to get adjusted to these hours. Does anyone have a sinilar problem and any helpful suggestions?

Beofore you say it: Working part-time is not an option at the moment, I am looking for a job closer to home and I really want to do these hours to be able to pick up dd from nursery.

Thanks!
