i would take her to walk in centre to get checked over just if her being sleepy is unusual and with a bump and eyes rolling. best be safe

Seek medical attention definitely. Go to A&E if there is nothing else.

The NHS selp help chart is useful. Have run her symptoms as you describe them and it comes up as RING NHS DIRECT. There is some useful advice as to what info they will want.
