How long did your SPD last after birth?

Well DS is now 13 months and still have major problems with my pelvis. For those of you that suffered SPD in your pregnancy how long did it take to clear up. (I should say that I had a very severe form - on crutches from 18weeks pg and in a wheelchair for last 6 weeks of pregnancy). I have had physio but it hasn't made much difference.

You may not want to hear this, but I still suffer slightly with it now (dd is 3). Was suffering very similar to you, was on crutches from around 15/16 weeks, and in wheelchair!

It does get easier! (Also, found physio did not help at all!)

I started with Lily-Hope just over three years ago, it didn't go before I got pregnant with Tink after three months, so I had it all through that pregnancy. Hasn't gone in between Tink and getting pregnant with this one (just under two years) the first sign I was pregnant this time was the pain in my sacroiliac. I've been on crutches since 22 weeks, I was supposed to be put on them last time but Tink came too quickly. They're saying now that I'm too far gone for physio and need to have investigations after the baby is born.

Sorry, that's probably not very helpful!

Mine went as soon as I stopped bfing when dd2 was around 4 months.
