...but it isn't.

I have a really really heavy AF with pains just like labour. This is not like me, I usually have a very light AF with next to no pains.

Gawd it feels like I am in labour. I have passed 4 massive clots about the size of a 2 pound coin (Sorry TMI )

cos I thought I might hav been pg but then AF came
I cant use my mooncup cos it hurts too much, I hate ST's.

Sorry, just ranting really.

for you. If you thought you could have been pg is there a chance this could be a mc and therefor why it feels like labour? Very for you if this is the case. I don't meant to be insensetive, just trying to work out whay you're feeling so bad. Sorry if I offend you.

DustyTv · 12/10/2008 12:34

Not offended at all , TBH the thought had crossed my mind but I don't know. ALl I do know is that my AF has NEVER been this heavy or painful ever.

I have taken 2 paracetamol, so hopefully they will kick in soon. I feel sick also.

All this pain and no baby at the end of it

I don't know an awful lot about mc, but I don't think it is that likely. Early periods don't usually indicate mc.

It could just be particulatly yucky period pains. Sympathies, get some ibruprofen and a hot water bottle.

I do think that it is worth trying to identify period pains though. There are lots of things that can cause them inc endometriosis although I think that would have probably be more obvious before now...

Might be worth a trip to gp on Monday?

Dalrymps · 12/10/2008 12:41

Well, I am no expert, I haven't suffered a mc myself although have read on here it can feel similar to labour. Although, as slur said i'm not sure if this would be the case if it was an early period... Maybe do as se says and see the gp asap.

Dalrymps · 12/10/2008 12:43

Hope the paracetamol works. You can always pop to A and E if the bleeding gets worse or you can't cope with the pain. Hope you don't have to though and you feel better soon.

DustyTv · 12/10/2008 12:57

Thanks, I'm sure the paracetamol will kick in soon, I hope.
