Pleurisy? (infected/inflamed lung lining) that can give you pain around diaphragm and referred pain in shoulder - did me anyway - have you had chest infection, bad cold etc recently?. antibiotics should sort you out though...get thee down the docs!

I had a cold a couple of weeks ago actually. But i've been totally over it until today when this pain started, and literally in the last hour my shoulder has become sore.
