Varicose Veins! and a lot of pain

I ahve soem very noticeable veines - the lumpy kind at the back of lg. I also ahve ont eh calves at the front some veins close tot eh surface, but not yet one the surface IYSWIM. Well one area on my left leg is really painful, its tender tot touch and even sitting is sore. Never had any pain in teh other varicose veins before

No, the ones ont eh back of teh elg have never been sore, and the one that is painful ont ehf ront seems to ahve jsut appeared, it red and looks slightly swollen
