Ok this is a bit personal but I could do with a bit of advice - so here it goes..
I become a raging loony at the moment just before and just after my period. I have been getting really down and depressed - and i recognise at the time that there is no real reason for it. I must be driving my DH round the bend - although he has the patience of a saint. I can cry at anything (adverts and even balamory . Something is not right.
Now I have been told that diet can improve this and I wondered if anybody had any suggestions of what I could be eating to improve this situation. I eat fairly healthy and have lost 2.5 stone in the last 6 months and i also started exercising as well. So I am theoretically the healthiest I have been in years. So I dont understand why I am being so emotional and nutty.
