i feel so rough

I had 2 courses of this earlier in the year for a stubborn ear infection, first course was the 250/125 and the second was the 500/125 strength. didn't have any side effects and started to notice an improvement on the 3rd day, as these are quite powerful, I did take freindly bug pills to help ward off any possible bowel disturbances which I took half way between doses
