how long until I feel normal again? I still have period type pain and feel a bit fragile.
Have been taking pain killers last night and today.

I was told they can fall out without you noticing (on the toilet????) which is why you need to check the threads every month.

Annie, I'm sure it probably is. If you've had no bleeding since it settled down, perhaps you've just had a clear out. Don't know. Hopefully it'll settle again for you.
