Can it?

I feel sick and I have a headache. Am completely shattered - DS slept through the night last night for the first time in erm, dunno how long. probably anaemic too (period).

I was round the edges of a migraine yesterday but it didn't come to anything.

Am I right in thinking I crawl into bed when DH gets home and I will be fiiiiiiiiine with some sleep, or should I be concerned about my head exploding or summat?

possibly getting off the computer would help, but it is keeping me awake atm

Does sound migrainy.

I had one on Saturday and felt really dizzy and nauseous. A nurofen took the pain bit away but none of the other symptoms and every tiny noise felt like it was crashing through my head.

You have my every sympathy. Definitely take the first opportunity to go to bed.

Will collect DH in a min then crawl into bed with strong pills.

He was out until just past bedtime last night (nicely timed ), so I don't feel too guilty. Have to be better by the morning as I am being my mate's case study for her course and I have to exercise

It's a right pain isn't it. It takes me a good few days afterwards to feel "normal" again - although I'm lucky I don't get them that often, this weekend was the first in just over a year.

Try not to do too much until you're 100% again.
