pain in side

I have a pain in my lower left side kind of where you get a stitch sometimes , had it yesterday whilst shopping rushing around so thought was a stitch , started again today , it comes and goes ,i thought it had earlyer then felt it again , i do suffer with Bowel issues due to stress and health anxiety , of which i have had a few months ago a sigmoydoscopy and bloods done all fine , specialist said it was IBS.
As i am a worryer should i go back and tell him incase its something worse ,or am i overreacting , ...

Gp hates me I have shocking health anxiety, had a poorly tummy last night and today it really hurts and I have had back ache for a few days, earlier on I was convinced I had cancer .

I too have IBS and also migraines apparently the two often go hand in hand.

The obvious answer is to 'try not to worry or stress' (excuse me why I just rofl).

I really sympathise, I have been this way for years now and I know it is hard to live with.

I do this sometimes moodgym.anu.edu.au and it really helps, it is online CBT. (sorry for no link, computer is playing up.

i am dreadful at the docs most weeks , and i am totally convinced i have all sorts .....
iv not had this pain befor though so thats why im worrying all the more ...
iys a silly pain sitting here now ..no pain ...
go down stairs do some thing ,its there ..... do something els and its gone again .... most strange , i do think its a bowel thing as this morning was hard to go sorry for detail ..
but did go ..
have had full blood count anly 2 weeks ago along with thyroid , hormones , ferratin ,all came back normal so im thinking if something was really wromg would show in blood
whats your health anx worry at moment if you have one
