Should DH go to Doctors?

DH has had a pain in his left side since Thurs. He describes it as like a stitch.

Apparently bodily functions are working as normal.

He doesn't seem to be in agony, has got on with usual weekend activities without any difficulty, but seems a long time to have an unexplained pain to me.

Which side is the appendix? I can never remember?

Personally, I'd say yes, he should see a doctor. What is it about men that they'll put up with agonising pain, clutching their stomach/neck/left toe and whining but will not see a doctor?!

Perhaps its a pulled muscle? id agree its a long time to have unexplained pain and make a appointment with the G.P.

i went to casualty for similar thing. was a urinary infection. Had no other symptoms. Appendix causes pain on right side usuaylly.
get him checked out!!!

Seems like a long time to have an unexplained pain for. Probably worth a trip to the GP.

The appendix is on the right (in most people).

May have a groin strain or a hernia. Was he doing anything particularly physical or strenous in the couple of days before it happened?

He should see a GP if he's worried about it.
