Chilblains anyone?

Anyone else being driven batty by chilblains yet? What are your favourite remedies? - I had them almost permanently last winter. I can't even work out how I got them this time, I've not got my feet damp and I've not been using hot water bottles.

Ooh no not just me I get these awful LOL.

I don't know what your supposed to do but I just use a plain old basin of water with some of my fave bubble bath and foot lotion. Then sit with my feet wrapped up in a towel until dry rather than patting then slather on the lotion and shove on some socks. Works wonders for me.

I'll have to try that!
