Hello all
I am looking for a pre-natal aquacise group and have had no luck so far. There is the odd one around but after two miscarriages I want to keep current baby safe with a baby friendly class. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. I am doing yoga once or twice a week but am slowly turning into a woman mountain.
