Taking vitamins while breastfeeding?

I'm still bfing my 15mo ds and know I can take Preganare vitamins etc., but are there any others I can take that won't affect him?

Really need to boost my immune system.

I switched back to normal vitamins at about 6 months - not a medical prof though so please look into it further before following my example
