I need a list of possible illnesses to present to my GP

I've been ill for about 4 months now and despite hundreds of blood tests an endoscopy and a colonoscopy nothing has been diagnosed.

GP has admitted he has run out of ideas and would welcome any suggestions I come up with(we have a good relationship and I like him to be up front with me). So I want to present him with a list to investigate.

My symptoms are: achy joints, fatigue, blurred vision (coming and going), numb legs in morning, sometimes v. swollen stomach (less now I have given up gluten), mood swings, word confusion (eg saying table instead of car!), poor concentration.

Now according to the tests he has ruled out thyroid problems, coeliac disease, all my blood levels are good and well within normal range.

I have been under a gastroendologist at the hospital who has had no more ideas either.

i have ruled out ME ( I had it for two years and this is such a different feeling...and is not made worse by exercise or doing more than usual)

So any suggestions, no matter how random, would be gratefully received. And I promise I won't think that I have them all !

Hughes Syndrome (also known as Antiphospholipid Syndrome)? Both DH and I suffer from this, by coincidence, and some of the symptoms you describe can be caused by it. It needs a specific blood test for diagnosis.
