How long does it take to wear off?

I had two injections, one at about 10.15 and one about ten minutes later and I'm still as numb as I was when I had it. I stupidly didn't have anything to eat before hand and now I'm ravenous.

I had an injection at 12.15 yesterday and my mouth was still semi numb at about 4.30pm

thank you! I just mashed up a couple of bananas, so that's something. I think the feeling is coming back as my lips are tingling. I stupidly haven't got anything in the house foodwise e.g. soup or yoghurt and DS is asleep so can't nip to shops. But smoothie is a good idea. If I'm still hungry in a minute I'll make one, thank you!
