Ive had enough im going to go to the GP to get some cream or something. Could anyone reccomend anything.[ Cant go on the pill].

Well I wash with a cheap vitamin E cleanser but I do spend a bit more on a moisturiser because it stays on your face. I use Roc or Dermalogica and had good results with both. And the origins spot stuff, it dries them spots out.

This will sound mad so feel free to disgard this bit but when my face feels particularly sore (and lately this is less and less, my skin is much better now), I use vitamin E oil at night and it really does work, makes your face feel soft and takes the redness down.
