Oh what a weekend I've had! Not been out in ages, can't remember last time I went out (dodgy pelvis and back), now have IBS to boot. Anyway I got a bit nervous about going out and ended up in the loo for over half and hour. Then went out and was okay, had 3 glasses of wine over the course of the evening and then a couple of glasses of lemonade. Well the next morning I should have camped out in the loo, I couldn't get off the toilet, and then I started bringing up bile. Anybody else out there with IBS, I haven't really been given that much info about it and wondered if this was normal, I know I wasn't hung over because I was really hungry and my head was clear as anything!
