Toe nails!

I'm feeling very guilty. DD just woke up crying and so I went to her room and opened the door to check on her - but i didn't realise that she was standing right behind the door, and so the bottom of the door caught her big toenail. It bent it right back and seems to have ripped it half off she cried a lot and there was quite a lot of blood

we put ice on it to stop bleeding. i feel so bad she is only 21 months

I guess that the top part of the nail that got ripped back will fall off, but will it grow back again?

Ouch! Would think so. Lost a thumbnail as a child and it grew back. Still a horizontal ridge on it though.

Yes, it will. My thumbnail came off a few years ago and is fine now.
