Help - sinus pain

I'm in the grips of both a dental problem and one-sided sinusitis. As you can imagine, i feel great.

Undergoing dental treatment at the mo. Half my face feels like it exploding.

So far I am on antibiotics (GP) and Sterimar nasal spray.

My sinuses are still swollen but not full of crap.

What antihistamine nasal spray is worth a try? Needs to be over the counter job.

Thanks

I'm wincing in empathy, my sinuses are starting to feel blocked and sore.

Salt Water and this helps me.

(Though mine is a lovely purple)

Thanks, earthymama.

I dont think the neti would work for me. I have inflammation rather than gunk in my sinuses.

I've opted for Otrivine sinusitis spray. Hopefully it will calm things down.
