ds 7 months don't drink night milk...

I try to make sure DS2 is in the bathroom when I shower. Also, when they're that age, you can use snufflebabe, which is like vics vaporub, but for kids. DS1 actually really likes snufflebabe.

The other thing to try is squirting some saline drops up his nose - he'll hate it but it sort of thins out the gunk and makes it easier to clear. You can get them from the chemist.

If your baby will take a dummy, you can get one that has a little bit at the back for putting cotton wool with Karvol or similar on it.

We found that helped. Or a bib with a few drops of Karvol.

thank you mums....

I had drops of olbas oil on my t-shirt...and it did work...also took few breaks every now and then....
