Anyone else with "Pram thumb?"

I don't really know how else to describe it!

The base of my thumb really hurts and is driving me crazy, and the only way I can think of how I might have got was from pushing a pram.

I suspect it might be a bit of tendinitis, but has anyone else had this?

I used to get this when I worked as a nanny and when had my own DSs. I put it down to how my thumb was stretched when supporting them on my hip, I'd hold their leg with my hand and my thumb would be at a right angle to my ahnd and at full stetch, if that makes sense
