I need your tips to make sure I drop off tonight rather than lying there peeved for a couple of hours

no milky drinks

no 'drink a bottle of wine' I am not drinking atm (or would one beer help?....)

no 'go for a walk' dh at a meeting

Lavender, good book, bath. Are you usually peeved every night.

Camomile tea?

Don't stay on MN until just before you go to bed.

Sometimes I take Nytol.

peeved cos I can't sleep that's all

I listen to a relaxation tape and by the end of it I am just peeved that I am not asleep

relaxed peevedness is an odd thing

I have not slept properly in nearly 9 years (DC). I am used to it now, sometimes manage on 5 hours a night and wake up x3 a night. Annoying. That's why I look a mess.

Sorry don't mean my dear children haven't slept in nearly 9 years just mean since my sleep was broken for nearly a year haven't got it back.

I am fine when I am asleep, it is just getting there that's the problem
