Well its not really a rash, but my 7mo DS has got little yellow crusty spots appearing on his arms and legs on otherwise beautiful skin At first it was just one or two but they seem to be spreading. Anyone seen anything like this?

How long has he had it? Is he itchy? Hard to diagnose rashes over the net (and I'm not a doc!) but chicken pox starts usually one big spot somewhere and then more start to arrive and they are watery spots which turn crusty as the days go on. You can have it mild as my DD did with just twenty or so BIG spots, or severe as my DS did two weeks later with millions of smaller spots.

Allergy rashes are more likely to be red, flat to the skin, not spots.

This is just my experience talking BTW not a medical opinion!

thx. don't think its chicken pox, I've seen that and it's not the same. These are tiny yellow crusty spots. Don't seem to be irritating him, and he started with 1 or 2 about 6 weeks ago, they are slowly speading.
