I sometimes get this when i am very tired. Always have.
But I have had it constantly for the last four days.
Yes I am very tired but it is all day.

Any ideas before DH makes me go to the Doctor.

I had it continuously for six weeks once. Had a banana and a packet of crisps and it went. Not very scientific but it worked for me.

ShinyHappyPeopleHoldingHands · 28/08/2008 18:12

Apparently this is caused by stress/anxiety. Not serious.

SuperSillyus · 28/08/2008 18:26

I had it for months when my marriage broke up. It went away when I became less stressed.

It's school holidays.

I have had it today, but then have been up since 3am so am not surprised.

Give yourself an early night and if it doesn't stop after a long sleep go to the docs then.

thanks all
I think you are right that I am just tired. Plus I have had a migraine already this am and I realised yesterday how down/depressed I am too.
Just run down I think.
Thanks again
