Cycle gone down to only 22 days

should i be concerned?

Currently going 18/19 days between periods with a period lasting 4/5 days before was going at least 23-25 days between.

Not sure if its revelant but never been on the pill only ever used condoms.

Feenie - I think perhaps this is the first time I have mentioned on mumsnet that I take agnus castus. When I have posted asking about it before I have had warnings not to take it. It's not dangerous BTW, its a herbal thing which people take to even out their cycle. info here

I am TTC,it's supposed to help.
I am taking it to lengthen my cycle and it has worked. As far as I know I have no underlying fertility problems but I have been told it's not advisable to take it if you do.

I'm 30 but since having had DD and going back on the pill (which is making me feel like rubbish too) I seem to be about every 20 days too. I mentioned it to my GP and she said that my body needs "time to sort itself out?!"
