I have a packet of Nurofen Express and a packet of Nurofen tension headache

Are the ingredients any different or is it just a clever marketing ploy!

Have taken 2 of the tension headache ones. I usually take Syndol, but had none.
Its the incredible barking pupppy that has given me the headache, he won't bloody stop
