Skin tags

Have a few of what I assume to be skin tags , the largest of which is on one eyelid. Quite dry but showing no sign of detaching. Do they usually go by themeselves ?

ive got skin tags in my arm pits on both sides am interested what if any advice u get.

i had 12 under one armpit and about 8 under the other, i got mine removed by the gp. he injected each and everyone to numb them, then sort of used a hot knife to cut and seal them. i am so glad i did it as they looked really unsightly as one was massive.

i am not usre if you could have one on your eyelid removed but def worth asking about it.

there is the old way of tyeing a hair around it to kill it and it drops off but i have never doen this as it makes me feel qiute ill!!
