Lump on arm, ultrasound on wednesday, feckin petrified

so i have a lump on my upper arm, just under the skin, about the size of a pea. feels hard to the touch and a bit tender at times.

doctor thinks it's a lipoma (fatty lump?) but has referred me for an ultrasound on wed, so now of course I'm going nuts wondering what else it might be. pregnancy hormones not helping with the anxiety!

anyone got any useful/reassuring info/experiences/advice?

It's probably because you've stressed yourself out and got worked up. I'm sure you'll recover when you're not so worried

You're so right - I went to bed early, got a good night's sleep, the sun is shining today at last and my cold is much better.

Even the morning sickness isn't quite as bad today. Phew!

I'm so glad... your hormones probably aren't helping either- didn't know you were pregnat too! It'll all work out- you'll see.
I remeber things feeling much worse and more worrisome when I was pregnant- you are so needed- not just you any more.

Yes, I do tend to be much more anxious when those hormones are doing their worst!
