Is there a swollen neck glandy sort of virus going around??

I have had for about 3 days
Not really a sore throat, don't feel ill as such just a bit crap but my glands are massive

Am hopeful that it is not some recurrence of Glandular Fever (I had 4 or 5 years ago) but when I had that I don't remember my glands being up so unlikely.

oh one of my eyes is very pink and sore and has been for a few days
Sounds like the same think
Luckily dd is away with my parents for a few days so I can chill

can I just point out that I look like a moose!!

I forgot to say about the hurting eyes and the feebleness

Well have been to the dr today
Have antibiotics for eyes
AND my blardy kidney infection has come back (due to being run down allegdly) so am on oral antibiotics too

Glad you're better. I've got the lurgy now have just started antibiotics for acute tonsillitis (spotty tonsils). I feel like death warmed up. I also have the gland thing my face looks odd and i'm aching everywhere. To make matters worse it started on Saturday so I had to miss the fecking V festival on Sunday for which dp and I were on the bloody guest list and child care was sorted which happens once in a blue moon. Thank God mil has the children today because I could barely pick up the baby this morning.
