Keep getting goosebumps down just one side......! WTF is going on?

Comes in waves every couple of minutes. It's very disconcerting.

try and distract yourself, might just be a weird one of, go and make a drink or something? see if it stops?

No, I dont have anxiety. Am on AD's (have been for 2.5 yrs) for PND.

I do have back problems though. Had some physio on Tuesday.

This is definitely waves of goosebumps and tingling and not just spots.

If this is still going on tomorrow I would seek doctor's advice, it could be a trapped nerve from the physiotherapy. Alternatively, read the leaflet with your tablets, anti-depressants can have some odd side effects.
