Has anyone used a coffee enema?

Have heard they are very effective at cleansing the gut but wondered if anyone had made/used a home made one?

Going once or twice a week isn't a problem, as long as when you do go it's easily passed and fairly soft.

It's the consistency not the frequency that's important!

I found the thought of drinking some goop each day more appealing than having a pipe shoved up my bum and water squirted there after, but then as a man I have a thing about things up my bum anyway
