is this a liver problem or just a stomach bug?!

diarrhoa (sp?) for the last two days... sorry prob TMI but really just like water.

and also pain about 3 inches above the belly button and bloated stomach.

any ideas? am only wondering if its liver problems because of a fairly (for me) heavy drinking session over the weekend...

or is it just a stomach bug causing cramps?

no expert but stomach cramps and squits (can?t spell it either sorry!) sounds like a tummy bug to me. If you had a one off heavy drinking session and you are fairly healthy etc, think it sounds more likely to be a good old fashioned tummy bug. Could have lots of causes but am guessing the drinking is coincidence - unless it was a dirty glass or dodgy food when out?
