Ds 6 ill and both feet sore?

Hi ds complained of sore feet on sunday and limbing. I checked his feet they seemed fine no swelling. Monday he looked quite pale and didnt eat much (normally has a big appetite) then had quite a high temp monday night and complaining of a headache, tummy ache and sore feet. Tuesday he seemed better but still didnt eat much, compared to usual, and not much colour in cheeks. Tuesday night he got a temp again. Wednesday again he seemed a little better but still not much appetite nor colour. This has continued to today but with no further temp, he is still limping around with sore feet, no swelling, still has headache and tummy ache but not bad as he is playing but doesnt seem himself. Have rang the doctor this morning and waiting them them to call back. Part of me feel silly mentioning his feet. A bit baffled. Any opinions? Thanks

just wondered if it could be hand foot and mouth... have you looked in his mouth for ulcers.. and blisters on the hands and feet?

He has had that before mumrum, his hand and mouth ok and no sign of blisters or ulcers anywhere. Just spoke to docotor, she seemed puzzled. We have an appointment for 10

He has tonsilitis, although he not complained of sore throat but possibly his headache worse than throat. Docotor thinks just hurt foot and unrelated
