ds (10) has only lost 8 milk teeth , the classic 4 top and bottom. One of his top incisors(?) - one in from front - has come through quite crooked and the gum behind/above today looks pale and is sore. Dentist took a fancy all round xray a few weeks back to check position of adult teeth coming through but hasn't called yet to say there is any issue. How long would you leave it or should I ring again tomorrow ?
