My period is usually like clockwork on a 21 day cycle. Around the time I was expecting my period, in fact, a few days earlier, I had a slight pink red strained tinted discharge. It lasted a day and a half. Then nothing. This was two weeks ago.

I guess the best thing to do would be buy a pregnancy test and get it over with, so will go to the pharmacy on wednesday when I am in town next.

hey DH never objected to looking for the threads

(but then he takes being in the same room to be foreplay)

QuintessentialShadows · 29/07/2008 23:47

Yes, but you are lucky fletch. He washes you in the bath, if I remember correctly.

(Not sure you remember who I am, if I was Quint or StarryStarryNight when we last crossed posts.)

I'm grand, slightly squiffy on brandy.

You?

I read about your ds and his interesting habit of weeing on ds1

To be honest it made me laugh but I know it's hard and you're coping alone and adjusting to your new life and missing places and people back in London

and I understand.

QuintessentialShadows · 30/07/2008 00:09

Not just that. I am living with my parents.
We have had to change our diets. My parents snigger at salads. Their ideas of vegetables is 2 carrots to share between 6 people. And mushy peas. And saurkraut. Sob. That is the kind of stuff I have to cook, or they wont eat it. And they make excuses and put in a frozen pizza for themselves, or eat sandwich with pickled herring. My mum is in war with watermelons. She rants by even the smallest sight of them.

But hey, it wont last for ever!

Oh God that's awful

no

really that's hard and I'd be stabbing that watermelon to death with frustration and pent up anger if I lived with my parents.

Well, I am honing my emotional flexibility!

Dh is back from India on monday. He will pick up a fab tent. I am counting on some time away from the mad crowd that is north norway, lol!

I have to get some sleep. I hope you are keeping well, and that your donkey is ok. (And your family of course )
