just recently i seem to have been suffering anxiety, including health anxiety. so, now i really can't decipher what is a worry and what is sheer craziness iuswim.

i have a small but very white spot on my nipple on the areola bit.

i don't have a baby or and breastfeeding going on it's not that.

please advise

probably just a spot.

It is probably just a whitehead spot.

Keep an eye on it but I bet it is gone within the week.

I suffer fron health anxiety too, i know that it's like.

I would think it's just a blocked oil or sweat gland, your nipples have loads of these.

I know from experience that there is probably no point in saying this, but try not to worry it doesn't sound serious.
