just been diagnosed with this condition does anyone have this too and would like to give some information about how to cope with it

Is it the same as vitiligo? If yes than I have it and ds1 has it. I'm very fair, so it isn't too noticable, however ds1 is darker than me and has a very large white patch under his left arm.

My nephew also has it. He is very dark (from Mexico) and it is all over his body and he is very self concious about it. However he is a beautiful, he has it around his eyes like eye liner and you just can't help but stare at his eyes because they look so cool.

Dh has this - vitiligo. So does MIL. She has some great make up that covers up the patches on her face. As far as we know there is nothing you can do to 'cure' it though?
