have had really bad back pain with it, do have bad back pain when pregnant anyway so i am in excruciating pain now. today pain worse and agony when coughing or laughing and although i still have lower back pain i have pain higher up in my back too and on both sides. don't have a proper cough but when i just cough lightly it is so painful, i know back pain is normal in UTI but why so bad with coughing, does it mean i'm developing a chest infection too? AM having terrible pubic bone pain too
