Friend has 16mo DD who has been (very) sick once or twice a day since Tuesday. She's basically OK in herself, if a bit quieter than usual. Is not eating 'properly', a few hours after she's sick, she's hungry and looking for food. Most times she's been sick she's been in the car (nice clean up job at the side of the road!!) - could it be motion sickness??? I know lots of children are sick for no apparent reason every so often, but now this is day 4 seems a bit much - any advice please??!!
