Q about periods one for ladies sorry guys

i was sterilised about 18 months ago & since then have had really heavy periods
today is day & im yet again very heavy but when i get up my vision seems too be going funny things seem to be going lighter looking
is it likely to be linked

i wish i had never been sterilised its a pain in thearse as my periods now come approx every 3 weeks as well

Have you been tested for anaemia? Are you eating plenty of iron-rich foods?

If you;re getting a bit spacey and bleeding heavily I'd get checked out - you may need iron supplements. Also if it is a major problem for you, ask if there is anything that will improve things.
