Prolapsed Womb Anyone?

Because I think I may have one.
I can't get to see my doc until Monday so have the weekend to worry - I thought it was women in their 80's who'd had 10 kids got this - has anyone else had it?

Apologies for being so graphic but I felt something down there last night when I was taking out my menstrual cup (now I'm worried that that might have caused it - there can be a fair bit of suction on it) . It felt like a firm fleshy mass, so I pushed it (in a horrified oh-my-god sort of way), and pushed it way back up inside. And I haven't seenfelt it since.
Geographically, things have been very unfamiliar down there since ds was born 10 months ago, but this was unnerving to say the least. Any advice/info/similar experiences?
Should have done my Kegels, I know.

The doc may give you a "ring" to put in, which will keep all your doings in place. Other than that I don't know sorry.

oh you poor thing. you must feel worried. If it isnt painful and things have managed to go 'back inside' then thats one less thing to be concerned about. I wouldn't use your menstrual cup or tampons until you can see your GP on Monday as it could interfere with things if you do have a prolapse (until you get treatment that is). If the worst comes to the worst, then there are treatments for prolapses and they aren't that bad, so please don't panic. If anything else happens andyou don't know what to do, particularly if you have pain, then please go to A&E to get checked out.

i have a prolaspe. was just told to increase my pelvic floor exercises, and after my family is complete then they may consider surgery.
