15 month old with random spots.

My 15 month old has about 10 spots spread over her body, they stick out quite far and are quite red but don't seem to have a head on them. She got the first one about 5 days ago, it's less red now but it's still sticking out.

I haven't change laundry detergent or creams so I don't think it can be a reaction to anything new.

They don't seem to bother her, she's not itching them.

Any ideas?

molluscum? although i think that is more blistery.

has she had her MMR recently? there is often a rash after about 10 days, sometimes without other poorly symtoms. rubella rash is little clusters of pin prick spots, but not sure what a measles rash looks like.
