My DS (19 months) had a slightly swollen tummy button just over a week ago. I didn't take a lot of notice but it didn't clear up and then 2 nights ago my DH had a look and pulled out a grass seed (ie very itchy, scratchy thing). We put disinfectant on it and left it in the open (with a vest over the top so he couldn't scratch it). Also disinfected last night. Tonight it was still bleeding a bit and was a bit pussy. Is that normal or would you get it checked out a doctor? It is now sticking out a bit and I hate really investigating that area!
