10 weeks old has a strange poo

hi there!
my 10 weeks old boy has a strange poo.I breastfeed him on demand,he feeds often and wakes up at night time for more milk.his poo has gone from the heathy mustardy like to cottage cheesy,yeasty smellig one(pale yellow).hope you get the picture,sorry!shold I worry,is it something in my diet?

poo is ok its just the milk i believe

as long as poo is white or bloody you will find it will go all sorts of colours

my ds had green poo for ages and worried me senseless but gp said if poo is white or bloody [black] then see gp if not dont worry

it could also be something you have eaten but still sounds normal unless baby seems in discomfort or you notice any other change it sounds fine

forgot to mention that he has been sick a lot,sometimes fountain sick after a feed.it started a week ago.can it be reflux?I do not want to give him medicine at such a young age

projectile vomit can be caused by reflux

try feeding for short while then winding could be drinking more than belly can handle my ds was like this and would projectile vomit had to wind every so often throughout feed

also sit propped up for 10 mins after feed

if after all this you may need to get some infacol or see gp ds was given gaviscon but can also be normal just give it few days and then ask hv who can advise what would be best
