unwell ten month old but only vomits at the end of the day..?

dd2, ten months, isn't well and vomited large amounts saturday after last feed, monday after last feed and today (on milk only no solids today) after feed around six.

i'll take her to gp tomorrow but seems odd that she only vomits at the end of the day - and not at all on sunday. through the day she seems a little off her food but cheerful enough. nappies with lots of loose poo - suggesting tummy bug or some such - but why not vomiting through the day?

anyone had anything like this?

Whenever DD1 got tonsilitus she vomited in the evening only. DD2 gets tonsilitus all the bloody time, and it rarely makes her throw up, so I guess it affects different kids in different ways

baffling. i just don't get it! but then i'd never have associated vomiting with tonsilitus so shows what i know!
