Have been neglecting myself a bit lately TBH.
Too much on with work, kids etc.
Have put on about a stone quite quickly, feel sluggish, lethargic, and have come out in spots!
Have made a decision to look after myself starting this week. Have so far walked everywhere, swapped all drinks for water and done an exercise class.
Next stop is the supermarket. Already have enough food in for the week but what can I get as an added supplement to boost my health?
Thinking of cutting out wheat as I am really bloated too.
