Just wanted to thank those who replied when I was in a panic over it. I'm happy to say that we got in on a cancellation to see the paed, and he was very sure we have nothing to worry about and his gland is enlarged; probably due to his eczema.
Will go back in a month for follow up. We are relieved beyond belief. Thanks for your reassuring words when I needed them .
